Every athlete begins with a free consultation, where you’ll complete a short questionnaire, discuss your goals, share your running background, and identify the steps needed to help you get there. This allows us to understand where you are starting from and create a plan that is built specifically for you.

We believe in setting realistic expectations. Progress does not happen overnight, and there are no shortcuts to becoming a stronger runner. Lasting improvement comes from committing to the process, trusting the plan, and showing up consistently.

Our coaching programs begin with a 3-month commitment because meaningful change takes time. Within that period, we focus on building a strong foundation, developing consistency, and creating habits that lead to long-term success.
